Centered Strength offers wellness coaching for teens and career coaching, creating a calm, supportive environment where young individuals can build confidence, enhance their emotional well-being, and explore their future paths.
With a Master’s degree in Counseling and over five years of experience as a traveling school counselor, I have worked with students in various educational and community settings. This experience provides a unique perspective on the challenges teens face today, including anxiety, motivation issues, identity development, and career uncertainty.
Coaching at Centered Strength is customized to meet teens where they are in their journey. Whether your child needs assistance with stress management, establishing healthy routines, enhancing communication skills, or planning for life after high school, the objective remains the same: to empower them to move forward with confidence, purpose, and balance.

While both life coaches and therapists help individuals improve their lives, therapists typically focus on addressing mental health issues and past traumas, while life coaches focus on helping individuals achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Standard sessions are 50–60 minutes, usually held once per week or every other week, depending on the teen’s needs. Short 15-minute calls are also available for check-ins or progress boosts.
Add an answer to this item. Coaching supports emotional awareness and resilience but is not a substitute for therapy. If your teen is struggling with clinical anxiety, depression, or trauma, I may recommend working with a licensed mental health professional alongside (or before) coaching.
